I Transit & Venue Logistics

Heavy Traffic Expected

Due to the large number of registered candidates, heavy traffic congestion is expected around the Loyola College campus. Please plan your journey in advance and arrive early.

Use Public Transport

Candidates are strongly advised to travel by MTC buses, Chennai Metro, suburban trains, or cabs instead of personal vehicles.

Two-wheelers will NOT be allowed inside the campus.
Cars without a Special Job Fair Pass will NOT be permitted inside.
Please use public transport whenever possible.

Research the participating companies and identify the employers you wish to meet before arriving.

Plan Your Visit
Prepare a list of your preferred companies in advance to navigate the venue efficiently and maximize your opportunities.

III Mandatory Checklist

Bring 10–15 printed copies of your updated resume.
Carry your own water bottle for personal comfort throughout the day.

IV Registration Wristband Guide

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS CLOSED

Online registration is officially closed. Candidates who have not registered online may register directly at the Spot Registration Counters at the venue. Registration Fee: ₹100
